Just realized that I never shared these! I made and ate this ricotta for two days straight in June. Breakfast, lunch and dinner spread on sliced of french bread and sprinkled with salt – no joke. Now I want to make some more…

Do it!!! It ws literally like eating an entirely different food – so amazing!
I really like the textures in the fourth photo. It’s beautiful. Oh and I’m excited by cheese making and am glad there’s someone out there to ask for advice!
