    Nice!!

Several years ago I reached a point where I became okay with letting go of books. Nowadays, I nearly always use the library for my fiction reads (even things I like to reread are usually available at the library), and for non-cooking and non-crafting books. The few book purchases I have now are cookbooks and crafting books, but even with those I’ve gotten to where I weed through them a couple times a year and any that aren’t being used (eye candy, in other words) get sold back to the bookstore for store credit or donated to the library for their annual fundraising book sale (or sometimes I offer them up as giveaways on my blog). If you had told me five years ago that all of the books I owned (including cookbooks and crafting books and hubby’s books) would fit on two shelves of a bookshelf, I would’ve laughed in your face ^-^. Now I’m working on refraining from buying cookbooks simply because of their pretty pictures😉 — I almost always go to the internet when I’m looking for recipes, so I just have to not be suckered in by pretty food pictures in cookbooks!!
